We offer 15-day returns on eligible orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with tags on. Product must be in the same condition you received it in and in the same packaging. Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable (even if free shipping coupon was used at moment of purchase)
Pre-Orders are eligible for a return, refund or exchange after the product has been received. 15-day return window begins when product is received.
Several types of purchases are final sale
- Clearance items – “Clearance” items are products that have been reduced in price without a coupon or current sale. Clearance items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- International orders – Any order made outside of the United States will not be eligible for a return or exchange. International orders may qualify for a refund on product price only if order was a result of our error. International refunds will be considered in a case by case basis.
- Custom Items - Custom items are items that are made to order. Custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or exhange. Custom orders may qualify for a refund if the order was a result of our error. Custom items will have the words "This is a custom item" in the product description.

A team member from Under the Sea Collectibles will contact you with further instructions. We require a proof of purchase and a reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an approval or rejection of your refund. Please note cost of shipping the item back to us is at the customers expense. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-30 business days for refund to be reflected in your account.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our warehouse has limited stock. We will try to accommodate for exchanges. If an exchange cannot be made because we no longer carry the product, a refund may be approved.
Please note that slight irregularities in Loungefly products are common. Irregularities include but are not limited to: revealed stitching, upside down logo plates, paint not aligning with patterns, dimples in faux leather, etc. An exchange or refund will not be made for these irregularities.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Under the Sea Collectibles is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Packages are shipped with love and care at our facilities, and we understand that not all carriers have the same care we have. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will help you file a claim with the appropriate carrier.
Holiday items are defined as items that are themed to a particular holiday (Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, etc). Holiday items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned after the Holiday has passed. Items returned must be in unused shape to qualify
All Over Print (AOP)
AOP is defined by All Over Print Patterns. These are items that have a print that covers the whole item and may vary from item to item. AOP Patterns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Please note Canadian customers may be subject to an Canadian Import Tax at moment of accepting the package. This tax is decided by Canada and may be up to 40% of your order total. Unaccepted packages are subject to refund minus the shipping expense.
Pre-Orders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. Pre-Order release dates are subject to change. If your address has changed in the time from ordering to release/shipping date, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and new address you wish to add to your order.
Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable while they are still considered a Pre-Order. In the case you wish to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue in-store credit to use on a future purchase. In store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.
