Return Policy

Return Policy

We offer 15-day returns on eligible orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with tags on. Product must be in the same condition you received it in and in the same packaging. Shipping costs on original order are non-refundable (even if free shipping coupon was used at moment of purchase)

Several types of purchases are final sale

  • Clearance items – “Clearance” items are products that have been reduced in price without a coupon. Clearance items may be floor models with small cosmetic damages. Clearance items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
  • Custom Items - Custom items are items that are made to order. Custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Custom orders may qualify for a refund if the order was a result of our error. Custom items will have the words "This is a custom item" in the product description. 
  • Exclusive Items - Exclusive items are items that are exclusive to our store. These items will have "exclusive" in the name. These items will only be refunded in the form of store credit if returned. 

 

Refunds

If you wish to start refund for your order, please email us at undertheseacollectibles@gmail.com with your name, order number, items you wish to return and reason for return.

A team member from Under the Sea Collectibles will contact you with further instructions. We require a proof of purchase and a reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an approval or rejection of your refund. Please note cost of shipping the item back to us is at the customers expense. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-30 business days for refund to be reflected in your account. 

 

Exchanges

If you wish to start an for your product, please email us at undertheseacollectibles@gmail.com with your name, order number, items you wish to exchange and reason for exchange.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our warehouse has limited stock. We will try to accommodate for exchanges. If an exchange cannot be made because we no longer carry the product, a refund may be approved.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Under the Sea Collectibles is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Packages are shipped with love and care at our facilities, and we understand that not all carriers have the same care we have. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will help you file a claim with the appropriate carrier. 

Exclusive Items

Exclusive items are those products that are exclusive to our store. These items will have "exclusive" in the product title. These items will only be refunded in the form of store credit if returned. No exceptions will be made. 

Holiday Items

Holiday items are defined as items that are themed to a particular holiday (Halloween, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, etc). Holiday items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned after the Holiday has passed. Items returned must be in unused shape to qualify

 

All Over Print (AOP)

AOP is defined by All Over Print Patterns. These are items that have a print that covers the whole item and may vary from item to item. AOP Patterns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
