Pre-Order Policy

Please note that due to COVID, release dates have been changing constantly. We will be updating the item descriptions to reflect changes if they occur. 

Pre-Orders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will be charged at time of purchase.

Pre-Ordering does not guarantee receiving the items before other retailers. Pre-Order items will be shipped within 24 hours after arriving at our warehouse. Please note that some items arrive before others. 

For our US customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled as they come into our warehouse, regardless of how many packages it takes.

For our International customers: Pre-Orders will be fulfilled when most of your order is in stock. We compile boxes to ensure less shipments so the customer will have to pay less shipping and less tax. We recommend making smaller orders with similar drop dates for faster shipping

Pre-Orders are eligible for a return, refund or exchange after the product has been received. 15-day return window begins when product is received.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-Order purchases are non-refundable. In the case you wish to cancel a Pre-Order, we will issue in-store credit to use on a future purchase. In store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used on anything in the store including Pre-Orders and In-Stock items.
